To ensure your acquisition reaches your space in pristine condition, we partner with premier global logistics networks. The total time required for your masterpiece to arrive is calculated meticulously through a three-step journey:
Total Delivery Lead Time = Order Curation + Artisan Production + Global Transit Time
1. Order Curation & Processing: 1 Business Day
This is the time required for our concierge team to verify, confirm, and allocate your acquisition to our artisans. This process typically takes one business day (slight delays may occur during international holidays).
2. Artisan Production & Customization
Our creations are handcrafted with uncompromising precision. Production times vary based on the complexity and bespoke nature of your piece:
- Art Sculpture & Minimalist Furniture: 8 to 10 Business Days
- Complex & Large-Scale Crystal Sculpture: 15 to 20 Business DaysFurniture
- Luxury Furniture (Sofas, Art Tables): 30 to 40 Business Days
3. Global Transit Times
This refers to the time required for international freight and final delivery to your estate or project site. Delivery times depend on the selected logistics tier and global destination.

EXECUTIVE LOGISTICS POLICIES & NOTICES
A. Inclusive Freight Privileges
As part of our commitment to a seamless global experience, GORDON GU covers standard sea freight logistics for shipments to Europe (excluding Switzerland and Turkey), Asia, Canada, and Australia.
B. The Ocean Transit Journey (Tracking Visibility)
For monumental pieces shipped via standard ocean freight, please note that live tracking updates may pause for approximately 3 weeks while the vessel is at sea. This is standard for international heavy freight. Once the cargo arrives at your local port and clears customs, our concierge will immediately email you the local tracking number and carrier portal link for the final delivery leg.
C. Expedited Logistics Clarification
Please note that selecting “Expedited Shipping” applies exclusively to the Global Transit Time. It does not bypass the necessary Artisan Production Time required to handcraft your masterpiece. (e.g., Expedited US Delivery = 1 Day Processing + Production Time + 5-7 Days Transit).
D. Specialized or Restricted Destinations
Deliveries to non-standard residential or commercial addresses require specialized final-mile logistics. A surcharge of $150 USD will apply to destinations including, but not limited to: Airports, docks, ports, construction sites, exhibitions, country clubs, golf courses, resorts, government agencies, military facilities, casinos, universities, narrow/dirt roads, and one-way streets.
E. Premium White-Glove Service
For clients requiring ultimate convenience, we offer a Premium White-Glove Service, which includes inside delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, and debris removal. This service is available for a flat fee of $300 USD. Please contact our concierge to arrange this prior to dispatch.
F. In-Transit Destination Modifications
Should your spatial planning change, we offer complimentary delivery address modifications while your piece is still in international transit (at sea). However, once the shipment has arrived at your local port/country, any requests to reroute the delivery will incur a reassignment fee ranging from $80 to $150 USD, depending on the new specific address. Our team will quote the exact fee upon your confirmation of the new destination.
